It's, uh, not actually clear what's happening here. Is she mind controlling the viewer, the little guy in the top left corner? Has she been mind controlled by the phone first? Did we do that? All good questions. Penti's images are poorly tagged and do not have descriptions. It's up to your imagination.

There's a running "gag" (but more of an image motif) of several girls from Blue Archive (even some dojins) of them hypnotizing the Sensei with a cellphone for sex.

Similar to the "Satsuki gets hypnotized by her own efforts" running gag.
