I drew Reimu but to be honnest i m still not sure at all if i should have upload this one with my currently lvl, well if it s too bad just delete it :)

And jeeze, yes, you have improved. Way more than just good enough to pass QC. Sure, not without things to improve on, but hardly bad. You're turning out to be quite the respectable artist, at this rate. :3
Your coloring and shading is good as ever. No, I daresay you even improved it quite a bit! You've also very obviously improved your proportions of the human body and the general shape of things.
I can see that you're still struggling a bit with hands and fingers. In particular, the hand by her crotch seems a bit awkward. Its shape and the coordination and position of the fingers seem just a little off. I can tell you tried extra hard to get that to look right. The extra sketch lines give it away. No shame there, though. As I hear it, hands and feet are two of the hardest parts of the human body to properly draw.
I don't know if you rushed the pendulum or what, but that seems to be lower quality in general than the rest of the pic. It's fairly obvious that its shape isn't quite right. While I definitely understand wanting to focus hard on the actual focus of the image (Reimu and her sexiness), I recommend that you not just skim over the environmental details either (such as the pendulum). I feel the pendulum's oddness alone brings this entire image down with it, if only just a little bit. In art, even small details matter.
In any case, it's very nice to see you still around. Your artwork has grown exponentially. Congrats, because I actually faved this one! You've definitely come a long way and, as I always say, I definitely look forward to seeing you improve and to seeing more from you as you grow as an artist. :D

Feet and hand are indeed the most difficult part for me after the coloring x)
