This is so cute! Hypno-lesbians in fancy dresses are just adorable and the flat eyes seem to fit this really well.

Saber and Arc are you trying to kill me >:(

You always pick really great pictures to manip, but I'd like to see you take more care with the eye borders and mix it up a bit with the eye effects. I think all of your manips use the same solid gradient effect, and it looks really good sometimes, but I think it's generally inferior to wiping out highlights with smudge/clone and preserving the structure of the eye. I'm not sure what you did differently here but it does look good, my main concern in this one is the eye borders.

By no means does that make this not a good picture :3

No, I'm trying to conince other people to manip Type-Moon stuff, so it's not just my novice stuff.

This one, instead of a black gradient, I just used a darker shade of Red/Green.

All decent image editors can do this, check the documentation of your preferred one for "gradient".

I'm afraid this is a case of being less about the tools and more about how well you use them.
