I use a downloadable program called stable diffusion that does not have any filters allowing me to generate any character clothed or nude. The actual specifics are more complicated.

@mudds Search for some youtube tutorial on how to use them: I suggest to use ForgeUI for this, it works fine even with low and old VRAM (with some limits, ofc).
