You know, on one hand you could get mad at the lack of hypnosis but I think we should just read things a bit more. Maybe it makes things more hotter. Let me just pick up my phone:

Look, there is some weird stuff in this comic with logic and obliviousness to things that should be obvious if you had a pair of ears or a nose, but this came out of left field as far as I know. How does one block people from reentering timelines?

can detect matter and scan brainwaves accroding to the fandom wiki. Is Artifact just a god or is this all in his head? It's honestly the cherry on top but I guess I can see why Red isn't being controlled. (Also accidentally hit post comment early and broke up comment into two pieces my bad).
