And there you have it! The last chapter currently published. All and all it came out to about 1153 pages (take note that i also excluded a few pages because of the fact they were to repetitive)

Since this is the last chapter currently available, I thought it would be fun to rank every alternate outfit we've seen throughout the series so far
1. Karen's dress. I truly think this is the peak of this series desgins. It's so simple yet so hot, i don't think it will ever be peaked
2. Cynthia's bunnysuit. This one is great, not only because it looks hot but also what it represents. You have the most prideful character (outside of Ash) dressed up in the most embarrassing and shameful outfit. Just perfection
3. Drasna's bikini. I don't think i need to explain this one, it's a milf in a leopard print sling bikini
4. Cynthia's maid outfit. This one is also pretty self explanatory. It's Cynthia in a kinky maid costume, what more could you possibly want? And the fact she's covered in cum also adds the embarrassing and shameful elements from the Bunnysuit
5. Nurse joy's nightgown. I just like the nightgown because of the fact that it makes her seem more like a milf. The fact that she's used as a milk dispenser also helps
6. All the pokemilfs swapped clothes. Is it obvious I have a thing for mature women yet?
7. Karen's Bikini. I don't think Karen has had one bad look through her time in the series
8. delia's bikini. I'll be completely honest, the only reason this is ranked in the top ten is because the scene where she acts like a mankey
9. Delia's normal outfit. Again, only reason it's so high is because i find Delia hot. Sue me
10. Drasna's clown outfit. Like i've stated before, i don't have a thing for clown girls. But the way mustardsauce desgined her adds a unique and sexy spin on it
11. Misty's crop top. Outside of being really sexy, I think this is just a generally a good update to Misty's outfit
12. Jenny's swimsuit. Nothing really special about this one. But the her erect nipples are a nice touch
13. Cynthia's grey bunny costume. Honestly, it's not even the fact that her breasts are smaller, I just don't like the grey coloring
14. shauntal's swimsuit. Just kinda boring, atleast Jenny's had a little something sexy with the erect nipples
15. shauntal's ballerina outfit. Considering that in this chapter Karen got her dress and Drasna got her clown outfit. I feel like shauntal's potential was wasted. I just feel something more could have been done
honorable mentions to Misty's suspenders over her nipples and shauntal's school girl uniform. They weren't in enough pages to be worthy of being ranked, but they were still hot nonetheless (im still salty mustardsauce didn't make suspenders over nipples Misty's permanent design)
So I'm gonna list some things I discussed with Mustardsauce about his plans going forward, will feature spoilers though. This post just have a long space because you can't do text spoilers here for some reason.
To paraphase him: The story is supposed to eventually cover every important female character getting enslaved by the pearl, though mustard wasn't planning on reserving parts for single characters going forward (with some special exceptions). Cynthia was only the first real checkpoint, and the next is supposed to be one of the major villain teams. Eventually the last major threat standing is going to be Diantha.
As this part established by having three elite four members job, Ash is a lot more dangerous with Cynthia on his side, mainly because she covers his weakenesses. He's kinda dumb (much dumber than Cynthia), and pretty naive, but these weaknesses are mitigated due to Cynthia doing the thinking and plan making for him. Mustardsauce went so far to say that she's arguably a better tool than the pearl itself because of this. So the last real chance at defeating him is gonna be Diantha due to her being the second most powerful champion and having the ability to see the future with her Gardevoir. He also said that Diantha could probably avoid wishes made at her similarly to how Cynthia could (since she can predict the future).
Funnily enough, Mustardsauce stated that things really only got this far because Diantha's own arrogance; she assumed that Cynthia would have just beaten Ash with ease (and she did before she decided to stay behind and gloat). So at one point, she's going to get a pretty rude awakening once she finds out that Cynthia fumbled and is now Ash's most powerful weapon.
Even given her power, Diantha knows she can't beat Cynthia and Ash together, so her strategy would center distracting Cynthia from advising Ash. If (really when I guess) she fails at that, it's pretty much just game over since a Cynthia, Diantha, and pearl combo just steamrolls everyone else remaining.
Don't really know about enough about Pokemon to know how "accurate" this all is, but I thought it was pretty interesting. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get much more out of Mustardsauce about his future plans for the series.
