I can't really speak for anyone else, but for me at least it's the juxtaposition between attitude and behavior, plus the tension of the control method being just strong enough to compel obedience but not quite enough to tame her.

Speaking for at least me I find the juxtaposition really hot. Bet a lot of people do since this is not the first nor the last upload that features this. Thanks Changer!
