added what look like the simple tags, but this just doesn't do anything for me personally. She has a Tazer near her for what reason?
From what I recall watching the first handful of episodes, she has a tazer on her for self defense. Add to that she has the ability to manipulate electricity (not in the traditional sense though) it's possible that electric currents don't hurt her.

Considering a tazer's normal purpose, and the context of the picture, I think it is being used like a vibrator.

Still, even with the context of the characters, who I didn't know since I've never seen ACMI or ACSR, it still doesn't really do anything for me. Though obviously from it's rising score it does for others so what do I know. :P

She's a powerful electromancer, she still feels the electricity but it doesn't hurt her, so most likely the taser tickles her more than anything. As for the woman, she uses a machine to steal powers from others so her skills vary, probably using a telepath's ability.
