Also, Bionicle had quite a bit of MC, now that I think about it. From the very beginning, there were the infected kanohi and a mask of mind control (although the latter was never really used). Then there were the Bohrok swarms with their Krana, followed by the Rahkshi who could manipulate emotions, while the Vahki all had various powers designed to force matoran to be law-abiding citizens. Later on, there were the zamor spheres, Takadox with hypnosis, and then leeches that corrupted you or something? that's about where I stopped following the story.
...It's kind of sad that I could recall all of that.

I'm sure it's possible, but I've never seen any bionicle r34 that actually looks any good.
