For the record... the doctor's a woman in her upper 30s who was rather annoyed at the though of a makeover mosquito being lost before the swarm hit. The first victim is one of the blonds kissing in the background of the last panel, by the way.
Not too stupefying, but the transformation (aside from bestowing very good health) does seem to render the recipients more... docile or just physical, I suppose is a good term for it.
The doctor's stacked but still a mature lady, the orderly/nurse is gender-swapped but still in his twenties, and so forth.
