Just don't pay for 'em. :p
The difference is that we still tag ourselves as manippers, signifying that we are not the original artist. It's far less distasteful than giving 0 credit to the original artist of an image you traced very closely to make your own art and then passing it off as your own, all the while making money off of it.

Fuck this artist. Almost directly traces my stuff and gets paid to do so. On top of that their vore sucks.
I'd try to report them on dA for it, as Takyon suggested.
