From what I gather, the girl in the first image was listening to an mp3, and then it hypnotized her and made her want to make her friends listen to it as well. We don't see the actual induction, but I think it's still pretty neat!

But, they are two different girls.... one wearing a sleeved shirt, the other wearing a hooded jacket.
And their hair is a different shade and style to the one in the first frame.

They both have twintails and I didn't notice the clothes because I don't remotely equate clothes with characters because I don't watch a lot of anime, where that's a big deal.

Most likely they're not intended to be the same girl in the original images but it seems pretty clear that in this manip they're supposed to be.

I didn't even notice that the top changed to a jacket, since the colors were the same. I was more interested in the, ahem, underwear.
