While the spiral eyes are cute and you've been picking some good source images, have you considered trying some new things or spicing it up a bit? These are getting a bit redundant lol. Still cute image tho

Am I the only one who wonders if this is Sakura from Naruto?

Putting aside the size of her rack (which has ALWAYS varied in doujinshi), she looks shockingly similar to Sakura's post-haircut but perhaps pre-shippuuden form.

I just had some of these that I made, this is about the extent of my ability, and conveniently enough, the last one that I've made. So yeah, I probably won't be making any more, since I can't really do anything more than this.

Haha well it was quite a lot of them. You could always try adding text or other effects. We have the "Manipulation Tips and Tricks" thread in the forum with a bunch of different tutorials on manipping!

My biggest complaint is that the spirals are always on the image plane, meaning they look wrong unless the eyes are pointed right at the viewer. Even in this one it's a little janky.

In photoshop during a transformation you can hold ctrl/shift/alt and drag sides/corners around to distort the layer in controlled ways and add perspective; I'm sure GIMP has something similar.

edit: I made <<i.imgur.com/c0nUS4N.jpg|this>> to show the difference it can make. I didn't try to get it perfect, just sort of in the general neighborhood, and it makes a big difference in the image looking "right".

You may notice the borders aren't quite "in perspective", in the sense that the top and bottom edges are still perfectly horizontal; that's because I was in a hurry to just make a rough version, and it doesn't really matter with spirals because they have rotational symmetry (there's no "up" on them). But I think it gets the point across anyway.

I actually made these in paint.net, since it's the only thing besides paint that I had. Photoshop is a bit too difficult for me, and I don't have it anyway; and I've never used GIMP before. I could tell that the spirals weren't quite right, but I don't know of any commands at the moment that would make them right, and like I said, I just sort of had a bunch of these that I had made and decided to try posting them. Thanks for the advice though, I'll look into seeing if paint.net has a similar command.
