You know we can all still access Suechan's site, right? Was there any need to upload 18 of her pics in one sitting?

Maybe I'm missing what you're saying here...but I think its the same as uploading stuff from Pixiv or deviantart. I just thought these were all new stuff from her since she does batch uploads to her site. I was rused!

I don't see why access should mean we should not post here - the site could go down, pictures can can be removed, people may not realize that something has been posted, or people may not bother to go seek out original sites
as a hub, we can be a central place to collect pictures in one convenient location!

.... and while I do, and always have, believed all of that, I will admit another, more selfish reason for the flood of pictures - I noted how close I was to 1000 posts [less then 100], and set for myself the unlikely goal of trying to hit that number by new years day

It was less "these pics shouldn't be here, because we can already see them on her site" and more "there was no reason to dump so many of them at once when they're so easily found and there were more newly-discovered works on the first page." It's more of a personal preference than anything. I like seeing new art when I come here. It's boring to see the front page taken up by an image dump of works by a single artist that I've known about for a year or more.

hmm, while i do agree in theory, I will always back track to the last image I've seen - well, in the future, I will try to avoid it, but please, forgive me this indulgence for now

all the worse for you, no doubt, as I am posting a preponderance of bimboization, which I am aware is one of your least favorite things :-(
