My Japanese is bad so just skimming over it all I get out of it is that they've been at it for 2 hours and then he begs her to show him her titties.

I think he was trying to hypnotize her into show him and she's gonna leave or something and he panics and just outright asks her.

Just looked through the source. Basically, he tries to hypnotize her for 2 hours, fails, she pretends to be under and they have hot hot sex. No real hypno though.
