I...don't know who the animatronic lady is, nor if we tag different types of animals (The non-animatronic being a red panda, from source tags). If anyone can add tags, please do. I'm not very good at it :(

She is more likely an doll than animatronic being. Her mouth is behaving doll-like (goes for half head, hardly opens).

A quick poke at the source has the artist saying she's Rikki Raccoon, a "FNAF fancharacter-esque thing". So yeah, animatronic.
