I'm not usually a fan of "brain injection" or insect sex, especially if it's done realistically, but this is really good!

It may be helping that we're not actually seeing the bug fuck her but only "restrain" her. I can imagine that the bug is a scientifically or magically altered life-form ment to restrain &/or "reprogram" individuals of interest (& honestly, who WOULDN'T be interested in her?) & the cum pouring outta her is from the scientist or mage that created the bug.
