Because the green-haired girl counts as loli, which is blacklisted by default.
This may qualify for a safe rating, though, which takes it off my personal blacklist.
I'd need to ask where the limit is (i usually do fully clothed and no explicitly sexual acts = safe, in underwear and/or hand-on-erogenous-zone = questionable, full-on having sex and/or nude = explicit, but I'm not sure on official rules so I'll leave it be for now).

EDIT: So I just looked it up. I think this falls under "tasteful pantyshot" as there is exposed underwear due to the way the "victim" is sitting, but no otherwise suggestive behavior and/or content. Rating adjusted to Safe.

VERY cute but I gotta wonder what she plans to do with her new "doll". I don't know what Luna is like so I can't guess. Even if its just playing dress-up, I really like to see that.

If all those Barbies my sisters used to play with are any indication, she'll just end up naked & discarded until someone comes to clean up the mess. If only that could be me!!!
