I do all my animations in Adobe Flash. It does a poor job of exporting animated gifs though, so I have to export a png sequence instead and reassemble it in Photoshop before exporting to gif for a cleaner result.

Amazing by the way. Really like that flash/twinkle at the end when the traveling circle makes contact with the girls head at the bottom
