Not really. We allow images to be manipped to be made into hypnosis images, but if it's just a screenshot, it has to actually depict hypnosis.

Basically, in Darker Than Black there are beings known as Dolls. People who have been stripped of all emotion and act as blank empty shells that can have personalities imprinted on them. A Doll that lacks a personality is depicted as having empty eyes. That is what is being shown in this image.
