I think Bulla is her official English name. At least, that was the tag we already had in place.

Is it Bulma or Bulla? I wasn't big into DBZ when I was younger, so I never got a good understanding of the story or characters, but Team Four Star calls Trunks' mom Bulma in their abridged series.

It appears that Bulla and Bulma are different characters according Dragon Ball Wiki. Her name's supposed to be a pun on "Bra" and Bulma is "Bloomers".

Trunks' mom is Bulma. His sister is Bulla.
