Lately I have problems sleeping and not will to do, I try to sleep but I can not, anyone know any method for sleep?
Assuming you're being serious, I sympathize. Suffering through insomnia sucks.
I have that problem occasionally. I can generally sleep anywhere, anytime, in nearly any situation...but sometimes I just lie awake wishing I could fall asleep properly.
The best method I've found is a little complicated, but I'll share it anyway. I try to focus on relaxing every muscle in my body, feeling the muscle relax every step of the way, starting from my feet and ending at my head. Then I lie there, still and limp. I'll either fall asleep, or have to try to repeat the process. If this doesn't work, I'll purposely tense every muscle in my body and then repeat the process once again.
It's important to focus very hard on each of your muscles as they relax, because doing so tends to put you in a relaxed state of mind, which helps with falling asleep.
If nothing else, this is also a good solution for when you're not physically tired, because tensing every muscle in your body at the same time is incredibly physically exhausting.

Doctor at the sleep clinic I went to told me this; Stay out of the bedroom as much as you can, (it should only be used for sex and sleep.). If you can't sleep do something simple and calming; like read a book; HOWEVER if you spend more then 20 minutes awake leave the bedroom. Take naps between 10am-3pm And only for about an hour long.
I don't know if that will help you sleep short term; but long term it should help.
