Also they said she should not be too concerned over how easy they caught her. After all any tech that is advanced enough can make the impossible possible.
But what really concerned Diana is when they told her that because she was such a notable figurehead on her world that they were going to rewrite her brain and turn her into a mental zombie. They would then send her back to her planet as a warning to other potential do-gooders down there not to mess with or piss off their new overlords."

I assume it's "zombie"-esque, not a literal zombie, especially since they use the term "mental zombie", suggesting that the zombie-like features are just cerebral.... and in addition, is expected to speak on the aliens behalf, so isn't completely brain dead
