A couple of things:
-In the future, try to have the canvas size match the image height (that little strip of white at the bottom kind of stands out).
-You could still use a proofreader. Frankly, proper punctuation would improve the text quite a bit.

I didn't notice that it doesn't show up on any of my programs on my laptop but it shows up on the post

I really don't like people reading it before I post it

You really should as there were a few word that were used wrong in the text that took me a second to figure out what the word was supposed to be

Just a heads up lol, we do have quality guidelines on spelling and grammar for text manips, so if errors get too severe it may be deleted. Its really not much of a problem to have 1 person do a quick check for you.

I'm the same but a good proofread can really help your manips. Also it helps you to improve your grammar generally. I usually jump on the friendly IRC and get someone to read text though before adding to the image

If you insist on proofreading it yourself, though, I would recommend proofreading it backwards. Start from the last word, and read the words going back, then read them one more time the normal way. That can help prime your mind for editing and help you pick out errors you are likely to otherwise miss simply because you know what you meant to say in your writing.
It takes a lot of practice to be any good at proofreading and editing your own work, and it absolutely requires a firm grasp of understanding the semantics of the language in which you are writing. If, as you say, you are not good with grammar and punctuation, you should put priority on finding a capable proofreader to help you make these images into the best manip they can be. You do want to make awesome manips, right?

actually there's three parts to this story and yes he did underpay them but I don't think I going to post them because I cant find pictures to go with them
though is there any dedicated programs for proofreading

As for dedicated proofreading programs, not that I know of. You have to understand grammar, punctuation, and how words flow together in your written language, and then you needs the skills of how to remove yourself from being engrossed by the writing, to be able to change it (or mark it up for changes) for better flow and pacing, and if you proof your own work, you need the additional skills to be able to step away from your work so that you can look at it as if someone else had made it.
Ego is almost the last thing this whole process needs: ego has to wait until you've finished the project and are getting positive feedback, or at least no negative feedback. That's when you can start to feel good -- about the work you've finished.
