I saw these and all I thought was "tiechonortheal", because he/she almost ALWAYS does crossed eyes and that mini open mouth thing... what would you call that even...

It's the moment the 'control' takes effect. That moment when the girl's mouth softens... her eyes dull out and gently cross...when she lets out a faint '...oh...' as the last dying ember of whatever she was just thinking is snuffed out in a puff of smoke.

That's what that expression is.
