I tried to make her words 'actually' seductive. She thinks the POV character is attractive, strokes his ego, tells him it's perfectly okay for him to look all the places he wants to look. The MC is subtle and implied rather than being overt.

The idea was to have her words be a verbal handjob. Stroking him and building him up to betraying his girlfriend to get what he really wants: an orgasm.... which is her. The fact that she's stroking the POV guy off for most of it only helps the case that the manip is a metaphor for a handjob.
