so, I'll understand if this gets deleted - I was really unsure, but decided to throw it up for the community and see what happens. Traditionally, the various power rings are not mind control, and there is nothing that directly says this is mind control.... but something about raven says "possession" to me

edit: in hindsight, it's probably because while I presume the other girls represent other rings, their eyes are normal, where as raven's are filled

Actually, given this seems to be Cartoon TT Raven, she does get possessed by her own Anger once or twice, although the orange seems to reflect Greed. I guess you could claim that Jasmine is under mind control though, given that Sinestro Corpsman I think were brainwashed to better obey Sinestro. Also, Jasmine with a Fear Ring means something's up
