a parasite based on a bacteriophage, injecting nanites or spores into a host before moving on to the next target
Ummm... Bacteriophages attack bacteria. TBH, I'm not sure how many of us find microscopic worker organisms sexy or funny.

Well, who am I kidding, I <<t.qkme.me/3rmryd.jpg|laughed for 3 minutes straight>> while reading this. It might even be too funny for it's own good, everytime I look at it I get that broad smile on my face and can't stop chuckling, how am I supposed to fap like that xD? Seems like I'll have to use the RL version Psi linked for that instead...
(Whatever you do Psi, plz keep drawing stuff like this, you do an amazing job ;-) )

Hehe, this isn't really my thing, but I'm honored to have been responsible for inspiring it. "You'll become an obedient host and produce thousands of viruses" is hot though. Kudos for illustrating my idea x3 .

Well done, Psi. As a biologist, I give this my seal of approval.
(Actually, I don't know much about virology. Is there actually a bacteriophage that causes diarrhea?)

I know it's not exactly your idea XD But I thought of this and I was "I must do it o_o" And I kept laughing and asking myself "wtf am I doing" while drawing it.
Oh my god. This comic is funny, yet hot, but more than that it is accurate. This goes beyond a well-made joke. It is one of the only pieces of truely entertaining media I have ever seen to accurately and approachably portray complex scientific concepts. And you did it with porn.

Thanks! I actually had several jokes ("Oh no! My sodium-potassium pumps are moving on their own!!") but there wasn't enough space XD
And... I dunno much about specific viruses either. ... I guess some can cause diarrhea? Or maybe in case of sudden infection the body can answer with that? Iono. <.<'

Probably. Diarrhea is a bodily response to a lot of digestive system problems, so I suspect a bacteriophage running rampant will do it.
