Marathon just loves to put all sorts of kink in their stuff. Totally Spies was more obvious about it, while Martin Mystery, where they changed the eponymous character's girlfriend (from the comic it was based on) to his sister... without removing the sexual tension between them (DiC Sailor Moon dub style).

And now... now there's Loli Rock...

I don't see any suggestion of Breast Expansion. Yeah, they're drawn larger than they are in the show, but that alone isn't enough. At least, as far as I know it isn't.

They are larger than the parent post ones. It's probably meant to be a before_and_after sequence.
1
