Humiliation. It really isn't bondage, as much as humiliation play here. You're taking a cute/beautiful girl and turning her into a pig with her snout turned up. It's humiliating to look like a pig. I've usually only seen it used on it's own. as opposed to bindings, suits, or rope bondage, so it's just humiliation play.
