Even though she didn't have actual mind-control abilities in canon, Dominique makes such a brilliant hypno-dom. She clearly relishes toying with her subjects' perceptions, taunting them with a smirk while they're helplessly entranced, not knowing WTF is going on...

Well, the idea isn't entirely to give her new abilities from canon. In the anime her stare freezes her victims and she uses the moment to get in close while they're stunned. The idea is here that that ability goes far enough to paralyze the victim's mind and allows Dominique to plant very strong suggestions into their subconscious. So, Milly has clearly been bound to her will before this pic and now it's Meryl's turn.

I did, and possibly. Not made o' money sadly. If I were to do it though, I'd probably go for <<trigun.wikia.com/wiki/Marianne|Marianne>> from the second episode
