Oh please. If you're looking for a slave then there's nobody you want more than a Hufflepuff. The first things that are said about the house is that they're hella loyal, and are hard workers. A Ravenclaw would figure out how to break your spell if you gave them any leeway, and a Griffindor would fight the spell 24/7. If nothing else then your Hufflepuff would make a good cook and recruiter for you. After all, nobody expectes the Hufflepuff to be evil.

Eh, enslaving a Hufflepuff seems too easy. They're already the wizarding world's bitch. That's just going to get you no respect from the other evil mind controllers.
If anything, you enslave a Slytherin. Sure, you have to deal with a backsassing slave if you give them permission to speak their mind, but not question your orders, but they won't figure out how to break out of the spell like a Ravenclaw nor will they be able to fight it 24/7/365 like a Griffindor.
