Per the source the title is "Owned by Disney"

with the following description

"Welcome! We're very excited to have you as part of the Disney family! Now, before we get started, we're going to have to make a few changes to bring you more in line with our other female contracts. Please hold still, this may tickle~."

So yes that would appear to be exactly what is happening :P
