Hmm .. I could argue that there's no clear indication of age regression. She could just be hypnotized to become incontinent. Age regression shows itself either by the story (of which there is none) or a clear childish/babyish reaction of the subject (which is not the case here). Just wearing diapers and being hypnotized doesn't automatically mean age regression, and the diaper tag is more than enough for ppls blacklist to trigger.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm going to have to agree with HME in this case. While the intent may very well be age_regression, there's nothing in the image that shows that the sub thinks that she is a younger age. As HME mentioned, she doesn't look like she thinks she's regressed and isn't acting like it at all. Rather, she looks like she's bound in a crib while wearing some mind control headphones, and that the age regression hasn't actually happened yet.
