It looks like some weird cross between Rose Quartz (Steven) and Citrine (Yellow Diamond).

At San Deigo Comic Con, a music video of the full Steven Universe theme was shown. For a few frames of the video, there was a shot of the 'villains', including one character in a partial silhouette. Fans have guessed said character is the Yellow Diamond mentioned by Peridot, and have extrapolated her looks.

Except... She's pink, here. So it's possible this is meant to be 'Rose Diamond'?

... Yellow Diamond has fused with Steven and taken complete control.

And all of this was to get to Connie, to get to her mother, in order to get the test results back, so she could use them to help create a Vote of No Confidence in Chancellor Valorum's leadership.

If Difference is right, its due to steven, not connie. You know, steven = rose.

From what I heard, strolling through the internets, Rebecca Sugar called her "Citrine", as everyone thought she was Sardonyx for a while.
