I used to watch Shippuden but its being years now...
Is it really hypnosis or just an ilusion jutsu? Do they obey or they just stand still imaginating something on their minds?

It's pretty much a large scale genjutsu. They've been put under and their own minds come up with a scenario that makes them accept the world they are in.

The reflection of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharrinnegan on the moon (yeah, power escalation gets bad) basically paralyzes them, but I imagine it could be taken further than that by a sufficiently perverse user :P . It's the giant tree that throws them into a dream world.

Even if they were perverse they'd end up as a bunch of White Zetsu's after awhile XD and removing them from the tree would set them free

Okay, my question is, how long into the transformation do they begin their undying loyalty towards their creator? Can I pop 'em out halfway and have a legion of obedient, pale, green-haired golden-eyed babes? >.>
