Boy and girl are preparing for medical tests. Scientist extracts samples from the boy and a cow, combines them and injects the girl. Girl's head fills with thoughts of boobs and cow stuff while the scientist explains the transformation she's going through to the boy and the cow. The boy looks nervous and the cow is just munching on grass, because it's a cow.

That's my interpretation.

Judging by the sigh from the doctor in the last panel, it seems more that the experiment was botched (by her standards) and the boy seems less nervous and more embarrassed (I'm betting he likes what he's seeing). Secondly, I think the cow DNA (?) Did its job in making her lactate(and possibly making her think like a cow, though that could be either intended or a side effect), but the boy's DNA (still not sure if that's what she extracted, but close enough) just made her fixate on women's breasts, which she has.
