You should be ok with just one source. The important thing is that people can find the artist through the source, so either link would work.

Inkbunny is perhaps a better source, because it permits larger file sizes, as shown in this case.

If the owner's comments are anything to go by, it doesn't look like they have a problem with fan art.

It also seems there are two other characters who might fit here, but neither of them is using their abilities in the images, so I'm not sure they can be posted here.
