Because it kinda isn't. Omorashi is not really watersports. Watersports don't really involve humiliation and accidents that much, you do it on purpose and get the thrill out of it because it is kinky. With Omorashi you get the thrill out of humiliating, even degrading someone (if you cause it). Some also tap into regression and sissyfication, because it's not "manly" and is something that only/more commonly little kids/girls do.

So in essence you get aroused by something completely different.
