Quite a lot of stories that involve a sort of degeneration in selfworth have the subject stop using capitals in their own names or titles, that's where i got the idea from.

What's so bad about caring about grammar? I find too little people care about it nowadays.
Although I'm sure dkx45's comment was sarcastic, the issue is people have gotten a reputation for correcting grammar in snark comments that tend to cause more harm then good. Some of the pictures here have terrible grammar and it might need to be pointed out, but a lot of the comments get out of hand with it fast. By the end of it you have almost a page of comments because either the one caring about grammar wouldn't let it go or the up loader wouldn't.

Although i know how bad it can get here...or everywhere really... my problem mostly is that i just tend to not be able to read things like sarcasm very well over the internet, so yeah...

I have always been curious as to why this hasn't been done before, we already have basic neurologitic mapping technology and are about to advance much deeper anytime now, and weren't they de-ciphering the human pheremone system recently? (given most of our system is probably too old to be use-able)

Well, influençing the human brain is a very complex endeavor.
The inner working of the brain are well understood by now, what still needs to be understood is the ways of counsciousness. Wether it is a special set of neuro-electrical-transmission triggered by chemicals or by means of brainwave, we are yet to be able to alter the thinking process of the conscious mind with science alone. What we can do however, is discard that counsciousness via various means, drugs, hypnotic suggestions, physical exhaustion... Thus leaving a shell receptive to exterior stimuli and ready to be molded and train. This is done however on a more basic level, whithout most of the higher cognitive functions active.
To me, true hypnosis can and will be achieved once the subject let his counsciousness be manipulated, leaving it partially intact but tainted, flawed with the ways of thinking he has integrated via training.
Funny enough that one key to subject willingness to be enslaved resides in the oleasure center of the brain...
No wonder hypnosis is a sexual fetish.
