Some notes regarding this image: This is not Linkle, picture was uploaded to artist's site 8 months ago, Linkle was revealed last month. Unclear weather this is tech_control or actually magic, it looks like there may be some TRON influence in the image, but was unable to find any further information on the artist's or commissioner's pages. I chose to go with magic for now since that fits Cia's known abilities from the game. Unsure whether to apply transgender tag as I mostly see that applied to images where it is implied or explicit that there was some kind of gender change.

Linkle was actually first mentioned in a Hyrule Warriors artbook over a year ago, so it could be her.

If you want to be fussy about it Nightington, I suppose it is a possibility, but given that the artist is known for drawing a genderswapped version of Link, and that there are no details to distinguish the character in the drawing as a character which has not appeared in fanart largely until now, I feel it is best to leave the tag as link.
