It's from "Sora Kake girl" and This girl is the Older sister of the main character I tink her name is Takane Shisidou or something phonetically similar. This is pretty much the only on camera MC scene for this character even though she spends the majority of the series Enthralled, she was shown here when the villian tempts the Protagonists younger sister with a "Join me and i'll give her back to you" speech.
