Aye but he doesn't get to SEE them, if I remember correctly he just sees the medical results which say her size, or gets told about it with one of them saying they were surprised she was that big. At least now in this pic he has confirmation.

Naoto just has the magic binder that's only available in anime (see for another example: the chick rocking double Ds posing as a boy in Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid)
