Personally I prefer textless femdom since a lot of the time femdom with a narrative gets out of my comfort zone of what I'd reasonably be okay with experiencing- ya know, like I'd be cool with being hypnotized by a hot lady, but if she's portrayed like "you're a worthless, pathetic slave and I'm going to humiliate you endlessly", then I usually make the decision not to save that image for future use

That's a pretty big turn-off for me as well. Mine is usually along the lines of "You were a worthy opponent! Now hold still while I subject you to sweet bliss for extremely arbitrary reasons."
