I don't know the exact episode, but it's from the Yorknew City arc (you may as well just watch/read the entire thing, it's an amazing series).

The character, Baise, has the power to temporarily make anyone her slave by kissing them.

It's called Bleach because Ichigo has blond hair. Although in the series he's naturally blond.
