All I can see about this is just "SET DERP TO MAXIMUM" Because I don't see that thing on the side of the head as a techno thing but as being her other Eye.

I'll take the bait. MS Paint isn't really the problem as much as it's just synonymous with (often purposeful) low quality images and the rough looking lines/paint bucket coloring as seen here.
I'm not gonna touch the Doudile stuff, if only because a lot of that has been up for 1 year+ so I assume the good folks in charge are ok with it staying up.

Trust me, if I was using MSPaint for this, the lineart wouldn't be so rough. Take a look at my other pictures (The ones that I actually USED MSPaint for) and you'll see what I mean.

You'd be surprised what kind of crap you can pull of on MSPaint. But if you really think that, Take a look at the following pictures, whose base lineart and coloring were ACTUALLY done in MSPaint. (And what I mean by that is, this lineart was done by hand and scanned into a computer program called GIMP, while the base of the pictures listed below was done in MSPaint, and had only the postwork done in GIMP)

They're still not particularly good though
Well, maybe not, but I'd like to think they're done to a higher-than-average quality that you would expect from MSPaint.
Also notice that NONE OF THESE PICTURES, that were ACTUALLY DONE IN MSPAINT, are flagged for deletion for the same reason. In fact, none of the examples listed are flagged for deletion, AT ALL.

Just because it's flagged doesn't mean it'll be deleted. I could see this being thrown to the QCC, but there's no real way for you to get rid of it until the mods decide it's good enough.
