he's not araragi, though, it's seriously coincidence (i totally forgot about araragi when i drew this, holy shied)

I see! Since it's a multiverse game and he's a vampire, I thought it may be him since he looks a little like him... then again, he's not on the tags, so that should have been a give away! Then again, the comment was mostly just kidding.

when i saw the 6th panel, i'm surprised at how uncanny the resemblance is XD

That's usually because the hypnosis fetish goes hand in hand with degradation. At least in Japan it does.

Partly, yes. MC for most ppl is erotic because ppl do things they would normally not do. Highering the stakes increases that aspect. One of the reasons why I prefer evil MCs and revenge over the ones that just want to get a quick fuck.
