So ... I see a genderswap cloud that is being dominated but no sign of mind control. No magic circle, nothing in the eyes, no pendulum, no cell phone ...

Am I missing something? This seems like a nice picture but there's a distinct lack of mc unless you need some weird fantasy or say something like "well, cloud wouldn't normally do something like that and he wouldn't be female, so magic is involved and because he acts submissive he is being controlled."

Even the artist did not tag this as mind control, so what's the deal here?

My best guess would be that it could be seen as a followup to this series: hypnohub.net/pool/show/905

It's by the same artist so, I could see it as possible.

It is a followup to that piece. I was the one who comission them both, so yes, Cloud is still being mind-controlled, just that Bayonetta has taken over the master/mistress role.
