I've played the Hyperdimension games. Fun stuff! I'd like more artwork of HDN on this site!
But I'm sorry to say, that this is just 5pb as she is normally. She gets electric lines in her eyes when she's flustered.

Yeah, I noticed this about 5pb when I played Re;birth 3 on my Vita. If you don't know about the context, then it looks like tech control MC. I'm not mad, though. I mean, this is easily rectified by just doing a manip or caption for the pic.

As for Neptunia corruption pics, I'd like more of those too. Or just corruption pics in general. :3

Someone should totally take and do a story manip of it. I think you could apply some general head cannon and use the base image to simply add a story
