So, I got a little confused with the tags. I am pretty sure m-da s-tarou is the artist, but I'm not sure if the character is Black Rock Shooter, or if the copyright it originates from is Black Rock Shooter. Most of the tags are copied over from Gelbooru, hopefully that works.
